Rambo promos appear in Philadelphia's underworld (well the subway to be exact). Is that really supposed to be a stencil of Sylvester Stallone? Tonights Cocktail : Rum-Spiced Cider 2 qts apple cider 1/3 cup light brown sugar 2 cinnamon sticks 12 whole cloves 12 allspice berries 2 cups dark rum (Sailor Jerry Rum) 1/2 stick unsalted butter (cook it all up and pour into glasses, add the rum as close to the end as possible)

The Pinchas 1.5 oz Top Shelf Bourbon (Basil Hayden's) 1 oz Cointreau .5oz Lemon Juice Framboise (Rasberry) Lambic (Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the first three ingredients. Stir. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute and top with Framboise)
